Dr DeMello began his practice at his present location at 885 Smithfield Avenue in Lincoln RI in 1981 after graduating from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. Over the years he has attended numerous continuing education courses with an emphasis on esthetics and cosmetics enabling him to offer his patients a complete array of painless dental services. He has also dedicated over 700 hours in post graduate courses learning to rehabilitate defective, discolored, neglected, and broken teeth by using the latest in dental technology. He especially enjoys helping patients restore their self confidence by turning their smiles into healthy “Hollywood” type smiles easier, faster, and more comfortably.
Dr. DeMello was one of the first dentists in Rhode Island to use the latest in CAD/CAM technology (CEREC) allowing him to produce precise, esthetic and durable non-metal restorations, including crowns, veneers and some partial bridges in a practical and predictable manner. Most of these procedures can be completed in a single visit without the need for taking distasteful impressions, unsightly and uncomfortable temporaries. Since the restorations are constructed right at chair side there are no delays or adjustments requiring the need for a dental laboratory or additional visits. |
